面向产业平台创新生态系统的协同创新机理与战略选择

Networking innovation platform will recombine national and enterprise innovation systems, and so organizational pattern of innovation has a profound transformation in deeply. Industry platform-centred innovation ecosystem changes the firm's innovation environment and innovation path. The changing innovation practice and theoretical research is calling for a transformation of the enterprise's innovation strategies.Through comprehensive application of related theory, with the research methods of empirical analysis and case study, this research project, focusing on the integration of industry platform theory with resource-based view and open innovation theory, studies the theory of formation and evolution mechanism of innovation ecosystem. This project further explores the mechanisms of governance and synergistic innovation in innovation ecosystem, and investigates the competitive stategy choice of innovation ecosystem. This project and its research achievements will not only help expand and enrich industry platform theory, co-innovation theory and innovation ecosystem theory, but also help platform enterprises develop and enhance the ability to integrate resource and lead multi-agents to co-innovate in order to build the sustainable innovation ecosystems. This project also has an important significance in helping governments to build and perfect related policy systems by which governments promote the development of enterprise innovation ecosystem by building industry platform for innovation and breakthrough of strategic technology groups.

网络化创新平台的出现将重组国家和企业创新体系，创新的组织方式发生了深刻变革，以产业平台为中心的创新生态系统为企业创新环境和创新路径带来了根本变化。创新实践与理论研究的推进亟需转换传统的企业创新战略视角。本项目研究将资源基础观、开放式创新理论和产业平台理论相结合，综合应用相关理论与方法，通过实证和案例分析，研究创新生态系统的形成与演进机制，探索创新生态系统的治理模式及其协同创新机制，考察创新生态系统的竞争战略选择。这不仅有助于拓展并丰富产业平台理论、协同创新理论和创新生态系统理论，增强平台企业提升资源整合能力并引导多元主体协同创新，进而构筑可持续发展的创新生态系统；还有助于为政府通过产业平台构建推动企业创新生态发展，寻求战略性技术群体的创新与突破，全面实施创新驱动发展战略提供决策支持，并推进相关政策支撑体系的建立和完善。

网络化创新平台的出现将重组国家和企业创新体系，创新的组织方式发生了深刻变革，以产业平台为中心的创新生态系统为企业创新环境和创新路径带来了根本变化。商业实践与理论研究的推进亟需转换过去的企业创新战略视角。. 本项目立足中国产业实践，基于开放式创新、产业平台、制度理论以及价值共创等理论知识，深入研究了创新生态系统的形成与演化机制、治理机制、协同创新机理以及商业模式创新与战略选择等核心问题。通过对36家平台型企业案例的深度访谈，2400多家供应商、配套商以及其他利益相关机构的问卷调研和专题座谈交流，采集相关数据和资料，开展质性研究和多案例研究，并结合计算机模拟研究、网络分析以及在大样本统计调查的基础上进行定性和定量相结合的研究，取得了丰硕的研究成果。本项目研究从产业平台主导的非对称依赖关系出发，提炼出以配置、共演、竞合、协调为主要特征，以匹配互补、共生演进、协同治理、开放创新为内核的创新生态系统理论。本项目研究的主要贡献体现在：（1）建立了“平台主导-接入驱动-网络整合-动态演进”的创新生态系统建构路径与演化机制；（2）提出了基于网络治理与新制度理论视角的协同治理机制，形成了网络、技术与制度三位一体的治理体系；（3）揭示了基于组织、技术和制度三个层面的协同创新规律与内在机理；（4）探究了面向中国产业实践的平台化战略，以及跨界融合的创新生态系统商业模式创新与战略选择。本项目研究不仅在理论上拓展并丰富了平台战略和创新生态系统理论，还将研究成果应用于国家电网、泛华集团等企业的平台生态系统发展，具有重要的理论与现实意义。
