产业创新链协同创新机理、演进与绩效提升研究

Industrial innovation chain is a innovative system that diversified innovative subjects carry on the reasonable division and cooperation of labor, according to the industrial innovation activities. It contributes to the organic synergy of industrial chain and innovation chain, achieving the optimal allocation of innovation resources, with the result that forms a innovation network, which contains a set of innovative thinking, R&D activities, achievement transformation and industrialization. Facing directly the practical context of the Chinese industrial innovation chain synergy innovation, the resesrch aims to promoting the innovation performance. Based on the study of practical issues and evolutionary trends of Chinese synergy innovation of industrial innovation chain, adopting the methods of theorical study and empirical study, we systematicaly analyze the complexity and innovation content, synergy path and dynamic factors of different stages, and analyze the synergy innovation mechanism. We construct a theoretical model of synergy innovation evolution modified by computer simulation studying the conditions of synergy innovation subjects for win-win cooperation. We also set up a conceptual model of the relationship between synergy degree and innovation performance to analyze the key factors that affecting the synergy innovation performance of industrial innovation chain. Finally, we study institutional arrangements and suggestions to enhance the synergy innovation performance from the macro-level and micro-level. The research findings will provide significant theoretical value and realistic guidence for the Chinese practical development of industrial innovation chain synergy innovation as well as its policy formulation.

产业创新链是多元化创新主体围绕产业创新活动而进行合理分工与协作，促成产业链和创新链的有机协同，实现创新资源的优化配置，从而形成集创新思想、研发活动、成果转化、产业化为一体的网络链型产业创新系统。本项目直面我国产业创新链协同创新发展的现实情景，以提升产业协同创新绩效为目的，在研究我国产业创新链协同创新的实践问题与演化趋势的基础上，采用理论研究与实证研究、定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法，研究产业创新链复杂性，以及不同发展阶段的创新内容、协同路径和动力因素，探究产业创新链协同创新机理；构建产业创新链协同演化理论模型，通过计算机仿真修正，研究协同创新主体合作共赢的条件；构建协同度与创新绩效关系概念模型，研究影响产业创新链协同创新绩效的关键因素；最后从宏观和微观层面研究提升产业创新链协同创新绩效的制度安排和对策建议。研究成果对于我国产业创新链协同创新的实践发展和政策制定具有理论价值和现实指导意义。

建立高绩效的产业创新链是提升我国产业自主创新能力、优化产业结构的关键和突破口。产业创新链是多元化创新主体围绕产业创新活动而进行合理分工与协作，促成产业链和创新链的有机协同，实现创新资源的优化配置，从而形成集创新思想、研发活动、成果转化、产业化为一体的网络链型产业创新系统。本项目针对我国产业链和创新链“两层皮”、产业协同创新绩效不高等现实问题，以核电产业、通讯产业和汽车产业等高新技术产业作为实证研究对象，突破已结构化的产业约束，探究产业创新链的协同创新机理和演进规律。首先，在阐释我国产业创新链发展历史演进、特征与现实情景的基础上，对产业创新链的内涵和外延进行界定，分析其结构和特征。其次，构建产业创新链协同演化模型，对产业链、创新链演进过程中各个动力因素与影响因子进行界定与关联性分析，研究两个链条相互耦合协同机理；运用系统动力学理论进行仿真，研究产业创新链的演化规律。第三，基于产业创新链复杂系统协同度模型，测量产业链和创新链的协同度，研究创新主体之间相互合作与竞争的特殊约束关系。最后，以协同创新共赢和整体绩效提升为目标，从战略协同、组织协同、信息协同和政策协同四个维度，构建产业创新链协同度与创新绩效关系的概念模型，结合验证性因子分析进行实证检验发现，对我国产业协同创新绩效影响最大的是政府的政策因素，并从政策、信息、组织和战略四个层面提出产业创新链协同创新绩效提升的制度安排和对策建议。本项目在深刻理解现阶段我国企业、高校、科研机构对产业协同创新的需求与产业创新链所承载的战略定位前提下，强调协同创新共赢和整体绩效提升，体现系统论和协同论的研究范式，为探讨和解决我国产业创新链协同创新的现实和理论问题开辟了一个新的框架。研究成果对于我国产业创新链协同创新的实践发展和政策制定具有理论价值和现实指导意义。
