以急性白血病细胞株及急性白血病患者外周血细胞为研究对象,采用反相HPLC分析、质粒转染、westernblot、RT-PCR、FCM分析等方法,从胞内RA代谢动力学和pRb等细胞周期相关肿颖泶锛肮δ茏刺教枝?3PUFA协同RA诱导细胞分化的机理。本项目有助于阐明ω-3PUFA协同RA诱导白血病细胞分化的分子机制,为ω-3PUFA协同RA预防和治疗癌症提供理论依据。.
