供应链视角下企业生态技术创新动力机制与投资决策研究

Under the background of strong environmental regulation and market green preference, the competitiveness and survival of enterprises are increasingly depending on whether they and their supply chain partners can meet the requirements of sustainable development. Due to the improvement of ecological efficiency and image building, the enterprises engaging in eco-technological innovation activities can have stronger competitive advantages than their competitors. Starting from the characteristics of eco-technology innovation, this project systematically examines the dynamic mechanism and investment decision-making of eco-technology innovation under the context of supply chain. Firstly, with the method of the market research and depth interview, the key driving factors of enterprise's eco-technological innovation in the context of supply chain are condensed by using the grounded theory. And then, the system dynamics model is constructed to describe the mechanism of driving factors. As a result, the results can lay a realistic foundation for the quantitative analysis of follow-up research. Secondly, considering the dual driving forces of environmental regulation and green consumption, the optimal investment decision of ecological R&D in supply chain is studied from the perspective of consumers' different preferences. Finally, this study expands the above issues further more. Considering the influence of different factors such as market demand fluctuation, risk preference of decision makers and supply chain competition characteristics, it constructs the dynamic game model. And then, the numerical simulation is carried out to analyze the optimal investment decision of supply chain members under different decision-making situations. Relevant research results can provide useful reference for enterprise ecological practice and government environmental policy formulation.

在强环境规制和市场绿色偏好下，企业的竞争力甚至存亡越来越取决于它们及其供应链合作伙伴能否应对可持续发展的要求。由于生态效率提升及形象塑造，生态技术创新企业通常比其竞争对手具有更强的竞争优势。本课题以生态技术创新自身特性为出发点，将其置入供应链情境中，系统考察其动力机制和投资决策问题。首先，采用实地调研和深度访谈法，结合扎根理论凝练出供应链情境中企业生态技术创新的关键驱动因素并构建系统动力学模型，刻画驱动因素的作用机理，为后续研究量化分析奠定现实基础。其次，综合考虑环境规制和绿色消费的双重驱动，基于消费者不同偏好视角研究供应链生态研发最优投资决策。最后，将上述问题进一步扩展，考虑市场需求波动、决策主体风险偏好以及供应链竞争特性等不同因素的影响，构建动态博弈模型并进行数值仿真，深入分析不同决策情形下供应链成员生态技术创新最优投资决策。相关成果能够为企业生态实践和政府环境政策制定提供有益参考。

近年来，生态技术创新在中国实现高质量发展中的重要作用愈加凸显。本课题以生态技术创新自身特性为出发点，将其置入供应链情境中，系统考察其动力机制和投资决策问题。首先，本研究通过匹配中国环境年鉴和中国工业企业数据库的数据，探讨了环境监管（政府驱动）是否以及如何影响生态技术创新，并考察了外部融资约束（市场驱动）的调节作用。其次，综合考虑环境规制和绿色消费的双重驱动，研究供应链生态研发最优投资决策问题。最后，将上述问题进一步扩展，考虑市场需求波动、参考价格效应以及核心企业高管环境意识等不同因素的影响，构建动态博弈模型并进行数值仿真，深入分析不同决策情形下供应链成员生态技术创新最优投资决策。相关成果能够为企业生态实践和政府环境政策制定提供有益参考。目前，课题负责人依托本课题在国内外重要期刊上发表论文7篇，其中SCI检索6篇，较好地完成了预期目标。
