肝癌病人肝癌组织中HCA基因表达的研究

In current study, with high sensitive RT-PCR technique and serology techique, the expression of 4 types HCA gene, HCA90, HCA519, HCA587 and HCA520 in Chinese hepatocellular carcinoma and the characterization of HLA molecular (A and B epitope) in hepatocellular carcinoma patients were detected. The expression rate of HCA gene in Chinese patients were screened out, and the immunodominant CTL epitope repertoires were evaluated, to supply theoretical evidences for further reasonable design HCA antigen-derived HCC vaccines.

通过反转录聚合酶链反应及血清学分型方法，分别检测我国肝癌患者手术切除肝癌组织中各种HCA基因的mRNA表达水平，及肝癌患者的HLA-I类分子（A、B位点）表型分布特点；筛选出在肝癌中特异性表达的HCA基因，并推断能与肝癌患者HLA-I类分子结合的HCA蛋白的抗原肽段，为将来用HCA抗原多肽疫苗进行肝癌免疫治疗提供理论依据。.
