脾胃证候动态演化子集合衍生规律与治法方药精准对应规律研究

Which the degree of precise correspondence of syndromes with therapeutic methods、prescriptions and medicines directly reflects the level of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,therefore, the analysis of relation between the dynamic evolving law of syndrome and the changing rule of therapeutic methods、prescriptions and medicines is very important.Based on the precise correspondence of syndrome with therapeutic methods、prescriptions to the the precise correspondence of symptoms and signs with medicines, promoting the the level of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, having becoming the one of key problems of research of syndrome foundation. .This topic is using the theory and method of topological structure within the syndrome, to analyse the composing law of symptoms and signs of spleen and stomach syndrome in the stationary stat,and their the precise corresponding law of therapeutic methods、prescriptions and medicines, then studying the all derivative subset of dynamic evolution of spleen and stomach syndrome,pushing their specific corresponding therapeutic methods、prescriptions and medicines, testing and verifying through the clinical data of complete symptoms and signs of spleen and stomach syndrome, clarifying the dynamic evolving law of syndrome and the changing rule of therapeutic methods、prescriptions and medicines , and the evolving law of sub-sets of syndromes and the accurate corresponding law of prescriptions and medicines can be realizated, to reveal law of treatment of different subsets of oneself dynamic evolution of spleen and stomach syndrome,and the scientific connotation of dynamic evolving rule of syndrome can be revealed. Through the literature of carding and contract, the innovation of therapeutic methods with prescriptions and medicines of syndromes and syndrome-groups can be realizated..The present study is not only to realizate the precise correspondence of the derivative subset of dynamic evolution of spleen and stomach syndrome with their therapeutic methods、prescriptions and medicines, also providing the new method for the raise of the improvement of level of spleen and stomach syndrome differentiation and the new results for the basic research of syndrome.

理法方药精准对应的程度，体现着辨证论治水平的高低，因而探析证候动态演化规律与治法方药变化规律间的关联，在方证对应的基础达到药症对应，实现理法方药精准对应，提高辨证论治水平，已成了证候基础研究的重点问题之一。.本课题基于证候内蕴拓扑结构的理论和方法，在探析脾胃证候静止状态的症状体征构成规律与对应治法和方药的变化规律的基础上，逐一分析脾胃证候动态演化衍生的全部子集合，推证脾胃证候动态演化衍生的子集合所对应的具体治法和方药，通过临证脾胃证候完整四诊症状和体征辨证论治详尽的分析进行验证，阐明脾胃证候动态演化子集合的衍生规律与对应治法方药的变化规律，实现脾胃证候动态演化衍生子集合理法方药的精准对应，揭示脾胃证候自身动态演化过程中不同子集合呈现出的论治规律。.本研究不仅能实现脾胃证候动态演化衍生子集合理法方药的精准对应，还将为脾胃病证的辨证论治水平的提高提供新的方法，为证候基础研究提供新的研究成果

项目的背景：中医学证候基础研究，经过半个多世纪的不懈努力和前期艰苦的工作，已开始显露出理论突破的端倪。辨证论治是中医学的精髓，进一步探析证候内在演化规律和论治方剂药物变化规律之间的关系，提高辨证论治对应临床病证的准确性，是中医学基础研究领域的核心问题，也是带动中医学治则治法和方剂创新的关键科学问题。.主要研究内容：本研究通过脾胃证候拓扑空间数据库的建设，进行脾胃证候拓扑不变量与方药的对应研究，分三个阶段进行6000余例脾胃证候完整临床数据的收集，开展临床案例脾胃证候拓扑空间中存在的复杂证候群统计分析，及其脾胃证候拓扑不变量衍生的子集与对应的方药研究，深入研究脾胃证候拓扑空间中存在的复杂证候群之间的关联，揭示脾胃证候拓扑空间中复杂证候群与对应的方药间关联的数学机制。.重要结果和关键数据：本研究通过对脾胃证候结构进行的理论和临床的深入研究，阐明了脾胃证候拓扑结构变化两衍生出子集合对应的方药，通过脾胃证候内蕴拓扑不变量的提出，推证出脾胃证候衍生的子集合与对应的方药，揭示出了脾胃证候与对应方药变化间关联的数学机制提供理论数据，阐释出了脾胃证候演化与对应的方药变化间关联数学机制；通过脾胃证候案例完整四诊信息的辨证论治分析，验证理论推证的脾胃证候子集合的衍生规律与对应方药的变化规律，揭示出了脾胃证候演化与对应方药变化间关联的数学机制。.科学意义:本研究通过阐释脾胃证候的动态演化规律，来揭示脾胃证候动态演化的科学内涵，阐明脾胃证候拓扑不变量子集合的衍生规律与治则治法和方药的对应规律，实现脾胃证候治则治法和方剂的创新，为基于拓扑结构的脾胃证候群治则治法和方剂的创新数据平台的建设提供科学数据；由此，创建出了中医证候与治则治法和方剂创新研究模式，为同类研究提供示范性；通过阐释脾胃证候诊断与判定标准的科学内涵，来促进脾胃证候辨证论治水平的提高；通过创建中医证候诊断与判定标准的研究模式，为同类研究提供示范性。
