Morbidity and mortality of gastric cancer are the first one in a variety of malignant tumors, Exploring methods for early diagnosis and non-invasive diagnostic techniques in gastric cancer has become a difficult problems in bioelectrical engineering and biomedical engineering..In this study, the dielectric spectroscopy of human gastric cancer cells is measured by AC impedance method, the extraction method of the dielectric spectral characteristical parameters of gastric cancer cells is established according to measured data, exploring and investigating the intrinsic relationship between the spectral characteristic parameters and gastric cancer cell disease, feasibility evaluation for early diagnosis of gastric cancer as well as laying the foundation for the study of diagnostic instruments will be undertaken..The physical model of gastric cancer cells will be established based on the dielectric spherical shell theory. In order to analyze the electrical parameters of the conductivity and permittivity changes in the gastric cancer cell's internal structure (cell membrane, cytoplasm, organelles, nucleus and nuclear membrane), to explore the cellular electrophysiological and biophysical mechanisms of gastric cancer at the cellular and subcellular level, the change of the electrical characteristics of the cells as a target for tumor therapy by electromagnetic radiation or anticancer drug will be observed, which provide reference methods and the observed indicators that has important theoretical significance and academic value,and potential clinical application prospects.
胃癌的发病率和死亡率均居各种恶性肿瘤之首,探索胃癌早期诊断方法和非损伤性诊断技术已经成为生物电工学和生物医学工程学的研究难点问题。.本研究采用交流阻抗方法测量人胃癌细胞介电谱,依靠实测数据,建立胃癌细胞频谱特征参数的提取方法,探明细胞频谱特征参数与胃癌细胞病变的内在关系,为胃癌早期诊断提供可行性评价指标及诊断仪器开发奠定基础。.基于球壳介电理论,创建胃癌细胞的物理模型,用于解析胃癌细胞内部结构(细胞膜、细胞质、细胞器、细胞核及核膜)电导率和介电常数的电学参数变化,在细胞和亚细胞水平探索性研究胃癌癌变的细胞电生理和生物物理机制,为今后以改变胃癌细胞内部电特性为靶向的肿瘤电磁辐射治疗或抗肿瘤药物治疗提供可借鉴的技术方法和观察指标,具有重要的理论意义和学术价值,以及潜在的临床应用前景。
