In today's hyper-competitive global economy, corporate entrepreneurship strategy (CE) gradually became an important choice of enterprises ' sustainable development. In China, in competitive industries, large enterprises are facing industrial overcapacity and the enormous challenges of economic restructuring, most large enterprises have become the backbone of the local economy or lifeline, their survival will determine the future development of the local (for exmple, the FAW group has great impact on the development of Jilin Province,). Large enterprises address such situations general strategy is the strategy of market diversification and product series, less considered Cross (cross-sector) venture. However, the rapid development of internet technology for large corporations posed a severe challengealso has brought unprecedented opportunities of the cross-sectorentrepreneurship. So, the project focus on: which factors will influnce the major companies to conduct the strategy of the cross-sector entrepreneurship? How to recognize and develop the great opportunities of the cross-sector entrepreneurship? How to integrate the internal and external resources of the major companies to realize the strategies of the cross-sector entrepreneurship? and how to reorganize the major company to carry out the strategies of the cross-sector entrepreneurship? Focusing on the above-mentioned key questions, we will deeply study the typical cases of the major companies which take the cross-sector entrepreneurial strategies in the competitive industries to reveal the information mechanism of the cross-sector entrepreneurial strategies of our major companies based on the review of CE research literature, and to rich the entrpreneurship theory and guide the practice of corporate cross-sector entrepreneurship in the frim level.
