Harpactorinae is the largest and most diverse subfamily in Reduviidae for including more than 300 genera and 2000 species in the world, 50 genera and morn than 170 species in China. The harpactorines are important predatory natural enemies to inhibit the development of pest insects in agriculture and forestry. As a result of the collision of the Indian plate and the Eurasian plate, the broad Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau is gradually pushed up to the present height. Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau is one of the areas where the karst topography has developed most completely and typically in the world. Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau is rich in biodiversity due to the specical geographical location, the unique topography and geomorphology, and the ecological environment.However the fauna and the biogeographic studies of the reduviid subfamily Harpactorinae in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau are lack. On the basis of the previous study, we plan to mainly focus on the studies of the biodiversity surveys and the taxonomic revision of the reduviid subfamily Harpactorinae in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. Based on the molecular systematics studies and the geographical distribution information, we plan to study the faunal composition,the distribution pattern and the form of the distribution pattern,the adaptive evolution to ecological enviroment,the genetic diversity of the widely distributed species. Our efforts will contribute to the animal biogeogeaphic studies in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, and provided the basic scientific data for the utilization and protection of the natural enemy insects.
真猎蝽亚科是猎蝽科种类数量最大的亚科,全世界已知300余属2000余种,中国已知50属170余种;几乎全部种类均为捕食性,是抑制农林业害虫发生的重要天敌昆虫。云贵高原是印度洋板块和亚欧板块的挤压碰撞,逐渐抬升而形成广阔的高原,是世界上喀斯特地貌发育最好的典型地区之一,特殊的地理位置、独特的地形地貌和多样的生态环境塑造了丰富的昆虫资源。但是在云贵高原真猎蝽亚科的分类和生物地理学方面缺乏系统深入的研究。申请者拟在前期的研究基础上,完成云贵高原真猎蝽亚科昆虫物种多样性调查及分类修订;并结合分子系统学研究、地理分布信息等,探索云贵高原真猎蝽亚科昆虫的区系组成、分布格局及成因、与生态环境的适应进化,及广布种的遗传多样性。为云贵高原动物地理学研究及保护和利用该地区真猎蝽天敌昆虫生物多样性提供科学依据。
云贵高原的地理位置特殊、地形地貌独特、多样的生态环境塑造了丰富的昆虫资源。云贵高原猎蝽科最大的亚科——真猎蝽亚科的分类区系和生物地理学方面缺乏系统深入研究。在前期的研究基础上,申请者完成了云贵高原真猎蝽亚科昆虫物种多样性调查及分类修订,结合地理分布信息,探索云贵高原真猎蝽亚科昆虫的区系特点。研究报告中报道了云贵高原分布的真猎蝽亚科4族48属132种,其中包括已经发表的1新属、3新种、1新纪录属种:Flexitibia Zhao & Cai 2014 & Flexitibia orientalis Zhao & Cai 2014、Henricohahnia parva Zhao, Wang & Cai, 2014、Sphedanolestes zhengi Zhao, Ren & Cai, 2015、Cosmosycanus Ishikawa & Tomokuni, 2004 & Cosmosycanus perelegans (Breddin, 1903)。此外,在研究报告中,还提供了中科院动物所和南开大学的36种真猎蝽模式信息和标本照片。
