中国乡镇企业产权制度、治理结构与融资安排的研究

On the basis of the datum of sampling township enterprises’, which we surveyed on the pot, this research program positively analyses the process, measures and effects of the institutional change of Sunan’s township enterprise. By using the.theory of institutional change and property economics, it analyses the actuality and effects of the change of the ownership enterprises’ institution and property arrangement. After the research on the plight of the township enterprises’ finance,this program sets forth the realism condition about how to establish the foundation of the finance system from three aspects, and talks about relevant realizing path. Finally, it describes the status and function of the local governments, and assumes the orientation of the local government’s role.
