关于二项特征和的混合均值问题

Character sums are very important research contents in analytic number theory, and have extensive applications in many problems. D.A.Burgess, I.M.Vinogradov and other famous experts have in-depth research on the upper bouns estimate of chacter sums , obtained more profound results. This project mainly use the analytic methods and the properties of Gauss sums to study the high power hybrid mean value calculating problems of the character sums , the main include the 2k-th power hybrid mean value problems involving the two-term character sums and the Dirichlet-L function, high power hybrid mean value involving the polynomial character sums and the Dedekind sums, Dirichlet-L function, and get some exact computation formulae or shaper asymptotic estimates for them.

特征和是解析数论中极其重要的研究内容，在很多问题中都有广泛应用。D.A.Burgess、I.M.Vinogradov等著名数论专家都曾对特征和的上下界估计问题作了深入地研究，获得了深刻的结果。本项目拟采用解析方法以及Gauss和的性质来研究特征和的高次混合均值计算问题，主要包括二项特征和与Dirichlet L--函数的2k次混合均值计算，多项式特征和与Dedekind和、Dirichlet L--函数的高次混合均值估计，并且得到这些混合均值的精确计算公式或渐近公式。
