结项摘要
P（53）和Rb1抑癌基因均有抑制肿瘤细胞如食管癌细胞、肾癌细胞和膀胱癌细胞的生长，最后这些癌细胞均发生程序性凋亡。在软琼脂培养中这些细胞有不同程度生长缓慢。裸鼠接种实验，致瘤性降低。这些结果提示P（53）和Rb1均有抑制多种瘤细胞生长，软琼脂培养中瘤细胞生长缓慢接种裸鼠有致瘤性降低。因此进一步深入研究可能找出对人类一些肿瘤有治疗作用。
