Luminescent metal nanocluster is a new kind of luminescent materials that contain about several to tens of atoms. It has advantages such as small size, good biocompatibility, stable fluorescence, and simple preparation. In comparison with other luminescent materials,luminescent metal nanoclusters are only preliminarily studied, including their synthesis and applications.In this project, we are planning to synthesize luminescent monometal nanoclusters and luminescent alloy nanoclusters, explore metal nanocluster-based fluorescent methods and electrochemiluminescent methods for DNA detection, immunoassays and small molecule detection, and develop fluorescent metal nanocluster-based methods for molecular interaction study.Through this project, highly efficient luminescent metal nanoclusters will be obtained, new approaches to improve luminescent efficiency will be designed, the mechanisms of metal nanocluster fluorescence will be discussed, and highly sensitive metal nanocluster-based analytical methods will be developed.Because luminescent materials have broad applications, this project will also promote other applications of luminescent metal nanoclusters besides analytical applications, and has important academic value and application potential.
金属纳米簇发光材料是一类含有几个至几十个金属原子的新型发光材料, 具有尺寸小、生物相容性好、发光稳定和制备简单等优点,但是它们的合成和应用还处于起步阶段。本项目拟研制新型单一金属纳米簇发光材料和合金纳米簇发光材料,探索基于金属纳米簇的新型荧光分析和电化学发光分析方法,包括核酸分析方法、免疫分析方法和小分子分析方法,开展基于金属纳米簇荧光材料的分子相互作用研究。该研究将合成出多种高效的金属纳米簇发光材料,发展提高金属纳米簇材料发光效率的新途径,揭示纳米簇发光机制,建立基于金属纳米簇的高灵敏检测新方法。由于发光材料用途十分广泛,本研究也将推动金属纳米簇发光材料在其它方面的应用,具有重要的学术价值和应用前景。
