转型期港口区域化与产业临港集聚过程及关联机制研究——以环渤海为例

The project plans to put economic geography, cross-over study of transportation geography and industrial economics as the starting point, takes the case of Bohai Rim economical circle, targets at the process of port-vicinity industry agglomerating under the port regionalization, deeply studies and systematically analyzes the port regionalization, the process of port-vicinity industry agglomerating, driving factors and correlative mechanism. The project will be supported by remote sense and GIS technology, it will also use port-vicinity industry zone, petrochemical, steel, energy as entry points. On the one hand, the project imitates different processes of port-vicinity industry agglomerating, on the other hand, it analyzes different time sections of harbor position and the variation of effective harbor distance, and discusses their spatial correlative mechanism from location factor, composition of industry, production factor network, regional environment and so on. The goal is to uncover the correlative mechanism of traffic location space transformation and industrial organization space transformation from dynamic angle, further promotes the cross-over study of port geography, industrial economics and economic geography through the location process research, and to provide theoretical support for the port economy and the sustainable development of coastal economy.

本项目拟以经济地理学、交通地理学和产业经济学的交叉研究为视角，以环渤海经济圈为区域案例，以“港口区域化背景下的临港产业集聚过程”为对象，对港口区域化与临港产业集聚的过程、驱动因素及关联机制进行深入研究和系统分析。项目以遥感及GIS技术为支撑，以临港产业园区及石化、钢铁、能源等重点临港产业为切入点，一方面模拟不同临港距离下的临港产业集聚过程，另一方面分析不同时间断面临港区位及有效临港距离的变化，从区位因子、产业构成、生产要素网络、区域环境等方面探讨两者间的空间关联机制。项目意在从动态角度揭示交通区位空间转型与产业组织空间转型的关联机制，通过区位过程研究进一步推动港口地理学、产业经济学和经济地理学的交叉研究，为港口经济和沿海地区可持续发展提供理论支撑。
