区域间产业关联网络模型构建及相关优化问题研究

Industrial linkage is the objective existence in economy. Relational and spatial structures of multi-regional industrial linkage is not only a major factor in determining multi-regional disequilibrium strategy, but also an important source to obtain competitive advantages. In this project, by applying the theory of graph/network and complex network,we intend to study the constructing methods of network model for multi-regional industrial linkage and the related optimization of the problems. First we study the connotation of industrial linkage and construct network model for multi-regional industrial linkage. Then we design the linkage concept and index system to describe multi-regional industrial linkage and its structural features. Furthermore, we try to find out the related optimization problems and algorithm of regional key industries, key industry chains and key industry sub-networks. Finally, on the basis of the above research, we analyze the dynamic evolution mechanism of multi-regional industrial linkage, try to construct the model of dynamic industrial linkage network and study the optimization problems and algorithm of the path to upgrade the industrial structures. This project will not only provide effective methods and tools to analyze the multi-regional disequilibrium strategy but also deepen the application of graph/network and complex network in the field of economy and management.

产业关联是经济的客观存在，区域间产业关联的关系结构和空间结构，是确定区域非均衡战略的重要依据，也是区域获取竞争优势的重要源泉。本项目将以区域间投入产出表为基础，综合运用图/网络理论和复杂网络理论，研究区域间产业关联网络模型的构建方法及相关优化问题。首先分析区域间产业关联的内涵，构建反映区域间产业关联的网络模型；然后探究描述区域间产业关联结构特征的概念与指标体系；进而研究确定区域间关键产业、关键产业链和关键产业子网络等区域非均衡战略相关问题的优化模型和算法；最后，在上述研究的基础上，对区域间产业关联动态演化机理进行分析，探索构建动态产业关联网络模型，并研究确定产业结构升级路径的优化问题和算法。本项目的研究成果不仅为区域非均衡战略的研究提供了有效的分析方法和工具，也深化了图/网络理论与复杂网络理论在经济管理领域中的应用。

随着信息与网络技术的迅猛发展，经济全球化的进程不断加快，区域间产业的依赖与制约关系越来越强，区域间产业的相互关联与分工对各区域发展的作用日益凸显。区域间产业关联的关系结构和空间结构，成为确定区域非均衡战略的重要依据和区域获取竞争优势的重要源泉。本项目以区域间投入产出表为基础，综合运用图/网络理论和复杂网络理论，研究区域间产业关联网络模型的构建方法及相关优化问题。主要研究内容包括：区域间产业关联的内涵及区域间产业关联网络模型构建研究、区域间产业关联结构指标体系及算法设计、区域间产业关联网络模型的相关优化问题研究、区域间产业网络模型的应用研究、区域间动态产业网络的演化及产业结构升级策略研究。本项目通过四年的研究工作，研发了区域间产业网络及区域间动态产业网络的建模方法；提出了描述了区域间产业关联内涵和定量测度了区域间产业关联结构特征的产业网络关联结构效应指标体系，包括基础关联效应、循环结构效应、核结构效应和产业网络波及效应四类产业关联结构效应；将区域间产业网络模型应用到“一带一路”、“长江经济带”和“京津冀”等区域协同发展实际问题中。.本项目组在《中国软科学》、《系统工程理论与实践》、《中国管理科学》、《管理评论》和《Scientific Programming》等国内外杂志上共发表学术论文22篇，其中SCI检索2篇、SCI和SSCI双检索1篇，EI 检索3篇，教育部认定A类期刊6篇；向《中国软科学》投论文一篇，已通过外审；专著《产业网络理论及应用》已成稿；基于网络博弈的动态产业网络模型构建研究已完成初稿；向相关部门提交研究报告1份。.本项目的研究成果不仅为区域非均衡战略的研究提供了有效的分析方法和工具，也深化了图/网络理论与复杂网络理论在经济管理领域中的应用。
