非常规突发事件应急管理研究创新性成果报告

Based on the research output involved with information processing and computational modeling from the Major Research Plan “Study on Unconventional Emergencies Management”, a framework is proposed to standardize, summarize, conclude and refine these output. A scientific report is put forwarded according to the framework. The scientific report has three characteristics of a remarkable feature, a clear logical structure and an innovative highlights of the outstanding results.

基于重大研究计划“非常规突发事件应急管理研究”已取得的研究成果，以非常规突发事件应急管理中的信息处理与演化建模问题为核心，对“信息处理与演化建模”相关的研究成果进行规范化、系统化的梳理、总结、归纳与提炼，形成一份研究特色显著、逻辑结构清晰、创新要点突出的代表性成果报告。
