The creative design of complex products is essentially evolving into the innovation behavior of the team collaboration, where there are a large amount of Natural Language Understanding (NLP) problems and exist lots of the latent semantic concepts, which are the prerequisite and basis for the design reasoning and the creative emergence. .The research aims to propose the basic methods about the behavior modeling and the concept evolution of the team creative design from the language context. By the means of protocol analysis, the action research and Ethnography, the team design cognition and the process is observed and desbribled deeply with the domain features of industrial design, and the sharing cognition model of the team design is established. The team design communication space are constructed comprehensively through the methods and techniques, such as semantic network, conceptual blending and semantic computation. And the conceptual aggregation and its computation of team design are guided and drived. Then the evaluation problems of team creative are translated into the domain semantic computation problems, the multi-dimensional evaluation on the creative process and content are achieved. .On this basis, the prototype system is developed and the application verification is conducted as examples of the complex Shipborne products. The research will have important and directive significance to enrich and expand the theories and approaches on product innonvation, as well as in many fields the application innovation of architectural design,interaction design, fashion design, etc.
复杂产品创意设计本质上演变为一种团队协同创新行为,其过程中存在着诸多自然语言理解问题,蕴含着大量的潜在语义概念,它们是设计推理和创意涌现的前提和基础。本项目旨在基础性从自然语言理解范畴建立团队创意设计行为建模和概念演化方法。采用口语分析、行动研究、群体文化学等实验方法和分析手段,结合工业设计领域特征对团队设计过程予以深度观察描述,明确团队设计共享认知模型;综合运用语义网络、概念合成及语义计算等方法和技术建立团队设计沟通空间,引导和推动群体设计概念聚合运演,再将团队创意评价难题转化为领域语义计算问题,实现创意过程与内容的多维量化评价。在此基础上开发原型系统,以复杂舰载产品为例予以应用验证。本项目的研究不仅丰富和拓展了产品创新设计理论与方法,还将为自然语言理解在建筑设计、交互设计、服装设计等领域的应用创新提供新的借鉴和指导。
研究首先在传统链接表的基础上,发展了一种链接网络模型来实现多维设计认知建模, 该模型经由链接关系矩阵、彩色链接表、CK编码技术,从设计过程发展和概念空间演化两个维度分析团队设计过程,提升链接表的局部推理和表达功能,并利用自然语言理论和确定性信息理论开展认知复杂性、一致性和集聚性分析、概念主题聚类分析。同时,研究基于运用潜在语义分析理论将语言认知数据转化为矩阵表达,并运用神经网络将数据进行训练学习,提出一种自动生成链接矩阵的新方法,并以此开发了多维模型的分析工具,实现链接、计算、网络的自动生成和基础分析,提升设计研究的自动化水平和效率。
