In this research item,we have mainly investigated the robust control for uncertain linear systems with time-delay,in which the uncertainties would include both norm-bounded (linear) and cone-bounded (nonlinear) perturbations to the system matrices,and the nominal systems could be either time-invariant or time-varying. The control design methods can be H control or the general stabilization (stability) approach. Under the framework of H control, a strict bounded real lemma for linear time-varying systems was derived, which was in the form of some mutually equivalent Riccati equation-type conditions.Also, for uncertain linear systems with time-delay, many sufficient conditions for the existence of memoryful (delayed)/memoryless (non-delayed) robust H (state feedback) controllers are presented, which are in the form of matrix Riccati equations, and the latter are easily changed into equivalent LMIs, that make it more adequate to practical application. Moreover, via the use of Lyapunov functionals, robust stabilization for uncertain time-delay systems has been discussed,our given sufficient conditions are weaker than the related ones in current literature, which make it more useful in application.
