Multicast routing is the key technology in computer networks, it involves communication, computers and mathematics. A series of efficient algorithms for various multicasting routing problem are presented in this project, which including: a two-layer genetic algorithm and a distributed algorithm for degree-constrained multicast routing; several algorithms for multicasting routing with delay constraints; Lagrange relaxation method for multicasting routing with both degree-constraint and delay constraint; a new unconstraint multicast routing algorithm based on the Boltzmann acceptance rule and genetic strategy with two populations; a new multicast routing algorithm using only local information; a maximan bandwidth minimum delay multicasting routing algorithm; reliability analysis of common channel signality network under delay constraint. A large amount of numerical experiments and simulation for the above algorithms yield good results, it is show by comparing with other existing algorithms that the above algorithms have marked advantages. This study provides theoretic basis and feasible approach for multicasting routing technology
