For a lack of standard methodologies to many parameters of water biostability, the study confirmed a deeper recognition of nature of water biostability, which is the characterization of bacterial quantity duo to future potential growth based on an analysis of long-term study results at home and aboard. Therefore, it was selected to build a characterization method of water biostability from a point of bacterial metabolic energy. This research aims at overcoming the timeliness bottleneck of determining water biostability, to develop its great potential on predicting and controlling hygienic bio-security in water treatment and distribution system. The bacterial growth dynamics nature of water biostability was stated by a relationship analysis between bacterial specific initial growth velocity and water biostability. The key technique of the dilution incubation method to be achieved by the analysis of bacterial metabolic energy to characterize bacterial growth dynamics in water, based on which, it is expected to build a rapid determination method of water biostability. The study has an important significance on both aspects of rationale and technology in potable water bio-security.
针对饮用水安全评价中水质生物稳定性指标多而标准不一的现状,本研究通过总结分析国内外研究成果,深入剖析水质生物稳定性的本质,确定其是潜在生长生物量的表征,从而从生物代谢能的角度,探索表征水质生物稳定性的方法。研究旨在突破水质生物稳定性指标测试时效性差的瓶颈问题,充分发挥其在给水处理及管网供水中调控水质生物安全性的应用潜能。项目通过分析接种初期细菌比生长速率与水质生物稳定性的关系,阐述水质生物稳定性的细菌生长动力学本质;通过细菌代谢能ATP测试试验,分析接种水样中细菌生长动力学的特点,突破稀释培养关键技术,建立快速测试生物稳定性的方法。该研究成果对饮用水生物安全保障技术及理论方面具有重要的研究意义和理论价值。
