汉越双语新闻事件关联分析及摘要方法研究

With the promotion of the Belt and Road, the exchanges and cooperation are becoming increasingly close between China and Vietnamese in many fields. It is of great significance to grasp the news events of both countries in time. In this project, we mainly deal with the problems of the correlation analysis and summary of Chinese and Vietnamese bilingual news events, and study the method of correlation analysis and summary of bilingual news events. Firstly, the project studies the correlation analysis of Chinese and Vietnamese bilingual news events combining with the bilingual topic association and event propagation characteristics and will propose a method of events correlation analysis based on bilingual topic and factor influence graph model. Secondly, combined with bilingual subject, news event element association and sentence relevance, the project studies the cross-linguistic joint summary under the framework of Chinese-Vietnamese bilingualism and proposes a method of Chinese and Vietnamese bilingual summary based on the fusion associated feature graph model. Then, the comparative summary of bilingual news combined with difference and correlation characteristic of Chinese and Vietnamese news will be researched. The method of comparative summary based on bilingual difference correlation graph model will be presented. At last, we will build a bilingual news events analysis platform, and develop a prototype system of the news events correlation and summary for the Chinese and Vietnamese bilingual news. The research can provide effective technical and method support for cross-language event analysis, which has important practical application value for the government and enterprises to control the event dynamic and public opinion report in time.

随着一带一路国家战略推进，我国与越南国家的交流与合作日益密切，及时掌握两国新闻事件动态意义重大。本项目针对汉越双语新闻事件分析所面临的跨语言关联及双语联合摘要难点问题，研究汉越双语新闻事件关联分析及摘要方法。首先，结合双语主题关联及事件传播特性，研究汉越双语新闻事件关联分析，提出基于双语主题及因子影响图模型的事件关联分析方法；其次，结合双语主题、新闻事件要素关联及句子相关性特性，研究汉越双语框架下跨语言联合摘要，提出融合关联特征图模型的汉越双语跨语言摘要方法；然后，结合汉越双语事件句关联及差异化特点，研究双语跨语言对比摘要，提出双语差异化关联图模型的对比摘要方法；最后，搭建双语新闻事件分析实验平台，研发面向汉越双语的新闻事件关联及摘要原型系统。研究能够为跨语言事件分析提供有效技术与方法支撑，对政府及企业及时掌控事件动态及舆情报告具有重要的实际应用价值。

汉越双语新闻事件关联分析及摘要提取有助于及时有效地了解中越新闻事件的动态。项目围绕汉越双语新闻事件关联分析、汉越双语新闻事件摘要、汉越双语新闻事件差异性分析等内容进行了研究，在以下几个方面取得了进展。.（1）在汉越双语新闻事件关联分析方面，提出了融合依存句法信息的卷积神经网络模型，实现了对越南新闻事件的高效检测；提出了基于中文信息与越南语句法指导的越南语事件检测模型，提出了融合句法信息的无触发词事件检测模型，解决了越南语新闻事件检测中数据标注稀缺的问题；提出了融入多特征的观点句抽取方法，提升了越南语新闻观点句抽取的准确率；提出了基于双向交叉注意力循环神经网络的事件时序关系识别模型，提出了融入依存句法信息的事件时序关系识别模型，实现了汉越双语新闻事件时序关系识别。.（2）在汉越双语新闻事件摘要方面，提出了多特征融合的汉越双语新闻摘要方法，提出了基于特征相关注意机制的汉越双语新闻摘要方法、提出了基于分布式图排序的汉越双语文本摘要方法，实现了汉越双语新闻事件的摘要提取；提出了基于词性软模板注意力机制的短文本自动摘要方法，在短文本摘要任务上取得了较优结果；提出了融合关键词概率映射的低资源跨语言摘要方法，有效地提升汉越低资源跨语言摘要的质量。.（3）在汉越双语新闻事件差异性分析方面，提出了基于LDA的新闻文本主题识别模型优化方法，提出在主题不平衡新闻文本数据集上的主题识别方法，提高了LDA主题模型的准确性。提出了基于双语主题聚类的汉越新闻差异性摘要方法，提出了基于无向图模型的汉越新闻差异摘要生成方法，有效地生成了双语新闻的差异性摘要。.（4）研发汉越双语新闻事件关联分析及摘要原型系统，实现了对汉越双语新闻事件的检测、事件关联关系的可视化呈现，以及对汉越双语新闻事件的摘要分析。.（5）发表论文16篇，其中SCI收录2篇，EI收录4篇，授权发明专利1项，受理发明专利5项，培养硕士研究生13人。
