支付方案对供应链企业运营决策的影响

In the post financial crisis era, cash management plays an important role in supply chain practic, and many firms incurs with great interest on this issue. More and more firms plan to optimize supply chain operational cost by integrating cash into opertaions management. And payment scheme become an approach to proceed the finance-operation integrated solution in creating supply chain value. This current proposal would like to inspect the effect of payment schemes on supply chain decsions and performance. First, it exams how the payment schems have the impacts on operations innovation in a supply chain; Second, it analyzes how tax/tariff and payment sheme affect supply chain structure and performance; Last, it combines tax policies into payment shemes in the supply chian model, and explores the cost optimization of business operations. This proposal is an interface research of operations and finance management, and should make contributions to the literatrue of both supply chain fiance and operations mangagement. What is more, it should offer important management insights to the supply chain pratices, and even provide new tools/methods to study the performance of macroeconomic policies (i.e., tax,tariff,interest rate,etc.) under a view of supply chain management.

后金融危机时代中，资金管理引起了供应链企业较大的关注，越来越多企业开始考虑采用资金管理和运营管理集成方案，来解决供应链融资和运营成本优化的问题。支付方案已成为资金和运营集成管理的策略之一。所以，基于供应链管理实践调研，本课题有机地把支付方案引入至供应链的决策分析模型中，从三个方面展开研究。首先，探讨支付方案变化对供应链运营决策和业务创新的作用；其次，应用支付方案，分析税收政策变革对于国内和国际供应链绩效的影响；最后，结合具体案例背景，研究国际供应链应用支付方案和税收差异等因素优化供应链运营成本的策略，并设计相关的分析系统原型。本项目是运营管理和财务管理相互交叉的研究课题，所取得的科学成果，可丰富供应链金融和运营管理的研究内容，能为相关供应链金融实践提供参考依据，并为应用供应链管理工具来分析国家宏观经济政策科学性的研究课题，提供新的思路和方法。

本课题取得较丰富研究成果，共16项。在论著方面12项，包括高质量SCI/SCI检索论文11篇（UT Dallas 国际顶级论文1篇），和国内学术论文1篇；系统开发原型2项；在人才培养方面有2项，课题负责人入选2015年“长江学者青年项目”，核心成员入选2015年“上海市千人计划”。研究取得三个方面的成果：.第一，支付管理对运营管理创新的价值研究（理论方面）。研究支付管理引发运营管理创新，及支付管理对于供应链的协调价值。这是最核心研究部分，发表了5篇SCI检索论文和1篇国内论文，包括，Manufacturing & Service Operations Management 1 篇(2018), International Journal of Production Economics 2 篇（2015,2018a），International Journal of Production Research 1篇（2018），International Journal of Logistics: Research and Applications 1篇（2018），《复旦学报》(自然科学版)1篇（2016）。.第二，支付管理与政府政策的相互作用研究（理论拓展）。把政府补贴政策与企业的运营决策相互结合，研究政府与企业之间的决策均衡问题。这是课题理论拓展部分，发表了2篇SCI检索论文，包括International Journal of Production Economics (2018b)和Journal of Operational Research Society (2018)。.第三，支付管理对供应链可持续发展的应用研究（应用方面）。探索支付管理不同金融激励模式推动供应链可持续发展的模型与应用。这方面取得了较丰富的成果，完成4篇SCI/SSCI检索论文，包括Journal of Cleaner Production 1 篇（2018），Electronic Commerce Research Applications 1篇 (2019)，Sustainability 1篇（2018），Complexity 1篇（2015）；完成软件系统开发原型2项：Pactl无纸化货运管理平台和大微线上平台企业风险监控与评估系统。
