Combining Pre-stressed Grinding Hardening (PSHG) technology with the theory of grinding chatter, the research work presents the study on characteristic and mechanism of surface deterioration layer in PSHG associating the effect of chatter. The research work designs and realizes the experiment of PSHG with systematic chatter. And it establishes the interference model of coupling field containing stress, thermal, microstructure, metallurgy and systematic chatter in the contact zone of PSHG. Under the condition of comprehensive effects including grinding heat, grinding force, pre-stress and grinding chatter, the research work reveals the grinding chatter’s effect on the the surface deterioration layer and its contacting mechanical property with dynamic-static states from the view of all-parameters. The analysis and prediction model for the deterioration layer of PSHG associating the effect of chatter is established. Aiming at the ground surface of typical workpiece after the process, the experiments of friction, fatigue strength and corrosion resistance are carried on. And the research work establishes the evaluating method for its usability of PSHG associating the effect of chatter. The controlling and optimizing strategy of grinding chatter is put forward under the condition of PSHG. The theory of new PSHG technology is perfected.
融合预应力淬硬磨削技术和磨削颤振理论,提出开展关联颤振效应的预应力淬硬复合磨削加工零件表面变质层特征及机理研究。设计并实现预应力淬硬磨削系统颤振试验,建立预应力淬硬磨削复合加工接触区应力、温度、组织、冶金物理及系统颤振耦合场干涉模型。在磨削热、磨削力、预应力及磨削颤振耦合作用条件下,从全参数角度揭示磨削颤振对加工表面变质层及动静态接触力学性能影响机理;建立关联颤振效应的预应力淬硬磨削复合加工零件表面变质层特性分析及预测模型。针对加工后典型零件表面,开展摩擦磨损、疲劳强度及耐腐蚀等应用性能实验研究,建立关联颤振效应的预应力淬硬复合磨削零件表面变质层使用性能参数评价方法。提出预应力淬硬磨削条件下磨削颤振的控制及优化策略,完善预应力淬硬磨削复合加工新技术的理论框架。
项目针对机械加工系统中普遍存在系统颤振现象,突破以往仅关注其对加工表面微观几何精度的影响及其抑制方法,融合预应力淬硬磨削技术和磨削颤振理论,首次提出并系统开展了关联颤振效应的预应力淬硬复合磨削加工零件表面变质层特征及机理研究。按照预期研究计划,针对典型工程结构钢质材料工件,开展了系统颤振对预应力淬硬磨削工件表面变质层影响的试验研究,建立了预应力淬硬磨削复合加工接触区应力、动态磨削力及动态温度场、动态组织场、冶金物理场与系统颤振耦合场干涉模型。在磨削热、磨削力、预应力及磨削颤振耦合作用条件下,从全参数角度揭示了磨削颤振对加工表面变质层及动静态接触力学性能影响机理;建立了关联颤振效应的预应力淬硬磨削复合加工零件表面变质层特性分析及预测模型。针对加工后典型零件表面,开展动静态接触性能及耐腐蚀等应用性能实验研究,构建了关联颤振效应的预应力淬硬复合磨削零件表面变质层使用性能参数评价方法,提出预应力淬硬磨削条件下磨削颤振的控制及优化策略,丰富与完善预应力淬硬磨削复合加工新技术的理论框架和技术规范,为预应力淬硬复合磨削工艺系统优化设计及新工艺开发提供更科学可靠的依据。
