维吾尔语儿童言语测听材料的开发与临床应用

Speech audiometry test material is one of the very important tools that uses for diognosing hearing disorders,selecting the interventions and evaluating rehabilitation.Boon of application of artificial hearing aids,To a certain extent, promoted the development of Chinese children's speech audiometry test materials and has made substantial progress in this field, but there is no sign of developing a minority language speech test materials,and lack of this kind of materials became the week point that restrict the clinical and rehabilitation work. We intends to develop a set of Uyghur pediatric disllabic-word picture identification test ,uses touch-screen computer to arouse children`s interest to test ,so that improve the reliabilit and validity of the test result.this set of test may play very important role in evaluting rehabilitation levels of Uyghur children who uses hearig aids or cochlear implants, it could provide precios data to effectively promote" the National rainbow project"in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous region and we are looking forward to develop a system of speech test materials for uyghur children in future work.

言语测听材料是诊断听力疾患、选择干预方案和评估康复效果的主要工具之一。人工听觉辅助设备在国内的蓬勃应用，在一定程度上推动了中文儿童言语测听工作的开展并己取得实质性进展,国内汉语普通话言语测听材料的开发已经形成一定规模，但少数民族语言言语测听材料的开发却迟迟没有进行,标准化的少数民族语言言语测听材料的缺乏，成为制约临床及康复工作的薄弱环节。本课题拟开发一套适应于学龄前维吾尔族儿童的闭合式听音识图测试材料（Uyghur pediatric disllabic-word picture identification test），为评估使用助听器或植入人工耳蜗的维吾尔族儿童的言语识别能力提供一个高效、可靠的测试工具，以期能更有效地推进国家《残疾儿童康复救助"七彩梦行动计划"》在新疆的实施，并期待在今后的工作中开发出完整的维吾尔语小儿言语评估系统。

言语测听材料是诊断听力疾患、选择干预方案和评估康复效果的主要工具之一。人工听觉辅助设备在国内的蓬勃应用，在一定程度上推动了中文儿童言语测听工作的开展并己取得实质性进展,国内汉语普通话言语测听材料的开发已经形成一定规模，但少数民族语言言语测听材料的开发却迟迟没有进行,标准化的少数民族语言言语测听材料的缺乏，成为制约临床及康复工作的薄弱环节。本课题已开发一套适应于学龄前维吾尔族儿童的闭合式听音识图测试材料，并对20名3- 6岁的正常听力儿童进行测试。测试中使用了不同的 SNR, 绘得 SNR 与识别率的函 数曲线并计算出 50%正确率时的 SNR，为评估使用助听器或植入人工耳蜗的维吾尔族儿童的言语识别能力提供一个高效、可靠的测试工具，以期能更有效地推进国家《残疾儿童康复救助“七彩梦行动计划”》在新疆的实施，并为今后的工作中开发出完整的维吾尔语小儿言语评估系统提供重要的数据。
