The university interdisciplinary team is the main output body of innovation achievement. Interdisciplinary research and innovation can greatly promote social and economic development. It has important research significance and value to improve social development level. This project will start from the perspective of knowledge association integration aimed at the influence of university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability, to study its intermediary role through collaborative innovation and research how to influence university interdisciplinary team innovation ability. For interdisciplinary team members with heterogeneous knowledge and maintain the dynamic characteristics of external knowledge absorption, combine knowledge integration with creative thinking theory proposed the conversion relationship of knowledge integration - knowledge absorption - thinking association. This paper puts forward the interactive path of.knowledge integration, thinking association and knowledge absorbing ability and its collaborative innovation mode and analyzes the influence of knowledge association integration on the innovation ability of interdisciplinary teams in universities and the mediating effect of collaborative innovation. Introduction of knowledge interaction model and cognitive psychology theory, the influence model of innovation ability of university interdisciplinary team based on knowledge association integration is established. Through the multivariate linear regression analysis method, the relationship hypothesis and theoretical research model are proposed by empirical test. Simulation analysis of the specific element index of synergistic innovation of changing knowledge, thinking, absorb, the evolution characteristics of the whole innovation ability of interdisciplinary team are obtained. Finally, the XX team of S university was selected as a typical case of interdisciplinary research conduct longitudinal and delicate case studies from the four stages of initial stage, development stage, reform and innovation stage and maturity stage. Summarization the innovation ability of the case team and the validity of the model is verified through multiple cases. Finally, the project puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the construction of interdisciplinary team to promote team management and development.
知识关联整合是高校跨学科团队知识创新的关键环节,对提升社会发展水平有重要研究意义和价值。针对大学跨学科团队创新能力问题,本项目以知识关联整合为目标导向,研究其通过协同创新的中介作用如何影响大学跨学科团队创新能力。针对跨学科团队成员携带异质性知识且保持对外部知识吸收的动态特性问题,结合知识整合与创造性思维理论,提出知识整合、思维关联与知识吸收能力的交互路径及其协同创新方式,分析知识关联整合各维度对大学跨学科团队创新能力影响和协同创新的中介作用。引入知识互动模型与认知心理学理论,建立面向知识关联整合的大学跨学科团队创新能力影响模型。通过多元线性回归分析的方法,实证检验提出的关系假设和理论研究模型,仿真分析跨学科团队整体创新能力演化特征。最后选取S大学XX团队作为跨学科研究的典型案例进行纵向的精致案例研究,并通过多个案例对模型的有效性进行验证。
知识关联整合是跨学科研究知识创新过程的核心环节,团队成员之间的知识关联整合是产生新颖性知识的物质基础,是新知识生产中最重要的肌体和细胞。本项目将从知识关联整合的导向出发,研究其通过协同创新的中介作用如何影响大学跨学科团队创新能力。所取得的成果主要集中在三个方面。(1)针对跨学科团队成员携带异质性知识且保持对外部知识吸收的动态特性问题,结合知识整合与创造性思维理论,研究知识整合-知识吸收-思维关联的转换联通关系,提出知识整合、思维关联与知识吸收能力的交互路径及其协同创新方式,研究动态吸收下跨学科知识关联整合机理,建立知识整合-吸收能力-思维关联的交互关系模型;(2)面向知识关联整合的大学跨学科团队创新能力影响模型及实证研究。分析知识关联整合各维度对大学跨学科团队创新能力的影响和协同创新的中介作用,引入知识互动模型与认知心理学理论,建立面向知识关联整合的大学跨学科团队创新能力影响模型,通过多元线性回归分析的方法实证检验提出的关系假设和理论研究模型,仿真分析改变知识、思维、吸收三者协同创新的具体要素指标,得出跨学科团队整体创新能力演化特征。(3)大学跨学科团队创新能力的影响的实证研究。对案例团队的创新能力进行总结,提出利于大学跨学科团队建设的合理建议,在跨学科科研创新能力提升、创新创业教育、研究生产学研贯通培养模式方面提出具体管理建议。通过本项目的研究,取得了大学跨学科团队创新能力的研究成果,对面向知识关联整合的跨学科团队管理及发展建设具有重要推动作用。
