Abstract:A key challenge for our government at present is the high occurrence of building construction accident. This project focuses on the behavior causes of the construction accident through a comprehensive study on employed person 's behavior safety. Based on the survey of the building construction accidents nearly 10 to 15 years in Jilin province and Zhejiang province in china, the study, with behavior -based safety "2-4" model as its analytical tool, examined in each case the unsafe behavior, unsafe conditions, habitual unsafe acts(safety knowledge, safety awareness, safety habits) as well as other external behavior causes. A database of accident behavior causes is established in order to provide basic data for the prevention of construction accidents .The research then arrives at a regularity pattern of accident causes through statistics of types, quantity and proportion of the behavior causes in the construction accident, with statistical approaches(also Injury Epidemiology) based on clustering analysis and discriminate analysis. And then study the important degree of unsafe behavior of the accident releaser,develop training software of correcting unsafe behavior. The research results will confirm that behavior- based safe "2-4" model has universal adaptability in prevent accident . Meanwhile,It will be of particularly theoretical value and practical application value for accident prevention research in the future.
针对建筑施工事故高发这一国家治理的关键难题,从行为安全角度对建筑施工事故原因作一系统全面的分析。以吉林省和浙江省两地近10-15年的建筑施工事故案例为样本,统计分析建筑施工事故的发生规律。借助行为安全“2-4”模型为分析工具,对每起事故的不安全动作、不安全物态、习惯性不安全行为(安全知识、安全意识、安全习惯)、组织行为(管理体系、安全文化)及外部行为原因进行详细分析,建立事故行为原因数据库,为预防建筑施工事故提供基础数据。采用安全统计学(也称伤害流行病学,Injury Epidemiology)中的聚类分析和判别分析方法,统计建筑施工事故不安全行为的类型、数量和比例,揭示事故发生者不安全动作的变化规律,进而对引发事故的不安全行为的重要度进行研究。研究结果将证实行为安全“2-4”模型对预防事故不安全行为具有普遍适应性,对今后事故预防研究具有重要的理论价值和实践应用价值。
