The resources and ecological environments of Extreme climatic zone is fragile,but it has important military and political status. The development of regional green architecture is inevitable to improve the living environment. But the difficulty lies: basic assumptions and operating conditions of existing architectural theory and meteorological condition, in extreme climatic zone, are completely different; architectural design method "form and function" as the guide can not effectively respond to climate factors; conventional green building materials and technical equipment lack of geographical characteristics. As the result, high energy consumption, heavy pollution, expensive economic cost, and poor environmental quality are all outstanding performance. Thus, we need to respond to climate goal-oriented, study dynamic green architectural design pattern, improve the cardinal environmental attributes of the buildings. ..Based on the proposed architectural design professional point of view, approaches to climate factors from the climate analysis and classification of building, architecture, design stage and the content of the impact assessment of green building, green performance control, etc., used for construction established research function, formal sense, social interaction between the value of environmental attributes and many other factors, and to establish a logical relationship dynamic, diverse, and form a variety of combinations of modes relations; research-oriented and goal-driven performance green building design, architectural design to achieve dynamic and diversified technology application; establish multi-disciplinary collaborative division of labor, the whole process of cooperation, green building design methods to enhance the overall performance of the perfect modern architectural theory system.
极端气候区生态环境资源脆弱,却具有重要的军事政治地位,发展具有地域性的绿色建筑是提高人居环境的必然。但难点在于:既有建筑理论的基本假设和运行工况与此地气象条件迥异;“形式与功能”关系为导向的现行建筑设计方法不能有效回应气候要素;直接应用常规的绿色技术低效失当。污染、耗能、高成本、低品质等是突出表现。由此,必须以应对极端气候为目标导向,研究动态化的绿色建筑设计模式与方法,提高环境品质。.拟立足建筑设计角度,从建筑气候分析与类型划分、应对气候要素的方法、设计阶段和内容对绿色建筑的影响评价、绿色性能指标控制等方面出发,确立建筑使用功能、形式意义、社会价值、环境属性诸多要素之间的互动关系,建立动态、多元的逻辑关系,形成多种模式组合关系;研究性能导向和目标驱动的绿色建筑设计方法,实现动态化的建筑设计和多元化的技术应用;建立多专业分工协同、全过程合作、整体化性能提升的绿色建筑设计方法,完善现代建筑理论
