我国二十一世纪农产品流通体系研究

Since 1990s, economic development has entered a new era in China, with the transition from a centrally planned economy to a market-oriented one. It has been showed that development of agricultural marketing system is a long process. The market integration of agricultural products is an important symbol of perfect market system. The objectives of this study are to improve marketing system of China's agricultural products, to set up integrated markets for major farm products, to increase demand for the domestic farm products, to analyze the impact of government intervene on production, market integration, and market stability. The policy implications for improving marketing system of agricultural products, especially for grain markets have been made.Several methods such as Bivariate Correlation Coefficient, the Law of One Price, Cointegration Approach, and Parity Bound Model were applied in this study for testing market integration of China's agricultural products. It was showed that the markets of main agricultural products such as rice, pork and eggs were integrated in the long run. The markets within region were found to be integrated highly, implying that the market reform, which aimed at improving the level of market integration, has got success in China.It was found that the government policies and infrastructure are the major factors that affect grain market integration. It was also found that the effect of government intervene directly on grain production and marketing.have been reduced. The state quota procurement system was found to have a negative effect on China's market stability. The result showed that elimination of the state quota procurement system will have a minor effect on grain production (only 3%), and has no threat on food security.

本研究拟将对我国的农产品流通体系和供求问题进行理论和实证分析。通过建立市场整合程度指标系统和分析模型来测定各产销区域的市场整合度和交易成本，以及它们对农产品供求均衡、价格波动、资源配置的影响。探讨建立农产品一体化市场的难点和突破口，为完善我国二十一世纪农产品流通体系提供科学依据和可行性建议。.
