利用原子能研究院串列加速器上建立的氘气体靶，用T（d，n）反应产生能量可达的40MeV的中子束流；精密测量40Ca等核在25MeV，到40MeV能区某些能点中子弹性散射微分截面；用统一场理论分析有关数据，给出可靠性高的统一场参数。从实验和理论两个方面对发展核的统一场理论作出贡献。
