在线医疗健康信息获取风险认知与管理对策研究

Facing the lack of reality needs and current researches for the management of online healthcare information, the researching system of this Research is built based on the research findings of internet information dissemination, internet purchase management, and internet medical treatment, also centered on the three key questions of the risk of acquiring online healthcare knowledge which are how to form, how to identify, how to management. In this Research, the healthcare knowledge from network search engine have been selected as typical sample of research object, and the theories of Doctor-Patient Knowledge Transfer, Patient Perceived Value, Online Doctor-Patient Interactivity are applied as the research foundation, meanwhile the interdisciplinary research tools are used like the study of systems science, communication, and psychology. According to the exploratory research for online healthcare knowledge transferring process and risk characteristics, risk identification method and standard, and risk management strategy, the study finally forms a complete research finding system of the risk of online healthcare information acquirement, including process, characteristics, identification, standard, method, and policy.

本研究针对网上医疗健康信息管理的现实需要和现有研究不足，基于网络信息传播、网上购物管理、网上医疗等研究成果，围绕在线医疗健康知识获取风险的3个关键问题（如何形成，如何识别，如何管控），搭建研究体系。同时，选择搜索引擎上的医疗健康知识作为典型样本研究对象，以医患知识转移、患者就医感知价值、网上医患互动等理论为研究基础，引入系统科学、传播学、心理学等跨学科研究工具，对线上医疗健康知识转移过程及其风险特征、风险识别方法和标准、风险管理策略进行探索研究，最终形成一套包含“过程、特征、识别、标准、手段、政策”的完整地互联网上医疗健康信息获取风险研究成果体系。

项目背景：随着信息技术和互联网+的迅速发展，医疗服务正进入数字化和网络化时代。网络日益成为沟通和获取医疗信息的重要载体，成为改善医患关系的重要技术手段。但作为一种新型载体，在线医疗健康信息获取存在诸多风险，如何提高网上医疗信息的传播和使用效率、改善中国医疗健康信息传播大环境是当前社会面临的紧急而重要的理论和现实问题。.研究内容：（1）线上医疗健康信息的传播机理研究。（2）网络医疗健康信息传播风险作用机制研究。（3）民众获取网络医疗健康信息行为特征研究。（4）医疗网站平台的医疗健康信息传播风险的实证研究。（5）线上医疗健康信息获取风险的管理策略研究。.本项目2017-2020年期间重要成果包括：（1）学术论文2篇：[1]网络医疗信息传递特征及其传播风险探析，核心；[2] 患者获取网络医疗信息风险的实证研究，核心。（2）研究生学位论文4篇：[1] 网络医疗信息获取风险识别及网络治理策略研究；[2] 基于社工视角的网络医疗信息获取风险治理研究。[3]医务社会工作领域志愿服务质量提升研究——以台州医院为例。[4] 中风康复患者与家属关系的社会工作介入研究—以浙江省某三甲医院为例。
