云南个旧肺癌细胞系GLC-82 cDNA文库的构建

Yunnan Gejiu Lung Cancer has been an essencial desease locally with the anetiolical complexity, top incidence and top motality domestically.Pathologically and etiologicall,the important desease was exploered by us for long since last 80s, such as estabishion of .lung cancer cell lines and their monoclonal antibodies sequently. This current project was to establish the cDNA libirary of the lung cancer cells. It evolved the characterization associated protein, the cDNA libirary establishing and it's immunolgial screen of the lung cancer.
