Under natural condition, forming the haploid of fruit trees is very low. So, the haploid is extremely excellent germplasm, and also the good materials of breeding and genetic law. In this study, we will foucs on the "99 north-17-7" from naturally obtaining as the test material.The material is the haploid peach tree and fructicative. We will study on the chromosome behavior during the phase of meiotic division in the pollen cell and morphological characteristics of the pollen cell.These results will be a solid basis for the related researches in cell genetics and the behavior of chromosome split in peach trees, and also helpful to conjecture the possible mechanism of forming pollen, which explains the causes of the very rare phenomenon of forming the fructicative hapolid peach trees in plants.
果树单倍体的自然发生率极低,是极其难得的优异种质,也是进行育种和遗传规律研究的良好材料。本项目以我单位培育的自然变异可结实单倍体桃'99北-17-7'为试材,通过观察其花粉母细胞减数分裂染色体的行为及花粉形态特征,从而分析这种在植物中非常罕见的一倍单倍体(n)结实现象的形成原因。
