7-hydroxytropolone is a kind of non-benzenoid aromatic compounds with high diversity of biological activity, such as antifungal,antibacterial,antiviral,antitumor,insecticidal, anti-inflammatory and enzyme inhibitors etc.In the early work of our laboratory, we revealed the unreported secondary siderophore function of 7-hydroxytropolone in fluorescent Pseudomonas species, and founded that metabolic pathway of phenylacetic acid was involved in the biosynthesis of 7-hydroxytropolone. On the early foundation, this research project will research and determine the mechanism of metabolic pathway of phenylacetic acid involved in the biosynthesis of 7-hydroxytropolone, and other possible metabolic pathway of aromatics involved in the biosynthesis of 7-hydroxytropolone. This research will provides an important theoretical basis for the study of biosynthesis and regulation mechanism of 7-hydroxytropolone.
7-羟基环庚三烯酚酮类化合物是一种具有抗细菌,抗真菌,抗病毒,抗癌,杀虫、抗炎及酶抑制剂等高度多元生物活性的非苯环芳香族化合物。实验室前期研究工作揭示了Pseudomonas donghuensis HYS中7-羟基环庚三烯酚酮未曾报道的作为荧光类假单胞菌新型次要铁载体的生物功能,并发现Pseudomonas donghuensis HYS中苯乙酸代谢参与了7-羟基环庚三烯酚酮合成。在前期工作基础上,本项目将进一步研究确定1). Pseuddomonas donghuensis HYS中苯乙酸代谢途径参与7-羟基环庚三烯酚酮合成的机理。2). Pseuddomonas donghuensis HYS中是否存在其他与7-羟基环庚三烯酚酮合成相关的芳香烃代谢途径。该项目将为研究Pseuddomonas donghuensis HYS中7-羟基环庚三烯酚酮合成途径及调控机理提供重要的理论依据。
