The thorough theoretical analysis and experimental research have been done concerning the relation of the flow measurement and energy conversion between air and coal powder according to the dynamics theory and thermal energy balance. The thermal compound sensor is developed and designed. A new consistency measuring method is presented by measuring the force convection signals before and after the feeder with the thermal compound sensor . Along with the common platinum resistor which is used to measure the temperature of powder in storehouse, the gas-solid mass flow measuring system is constituted. Combining the force convection method and thermal energy balance method, it is possible to improve the reliability and accuracy of the measurement. The experimental results which are completed in developed experimental system show that the function and repeatability of the thermal compound sensor. The proposed measurement method is a technology innovation , the compound sensor is a technology invention.
除科氏流量计外、其它非节流测量方式的问题都在不能直接敏感流体的流速和密度。本项目拟采用轻微节流的方式,依据空气动力学和热力学的理论,实现多传感器结构的复合检测和信息融合,研究一种探头插入式安装,具有流速、密度等多变量直接检测特点的先进传感器技术。为解决国际公认的气固两相质量流量测量难题打下必要基础,促进科技进步。
