基于个性化语义的群体偏好演化模型及应用研究

In linguistic group decision-making, words mean different things for different people, that is, decision makers have personalized individual semantics (PIS). Such PIS often have a strong impact on the accuracy of decision-making. In addition, the interaction of individual linguistic preferences will also have an important impact on the evolution of group preferences. However, the existing linguistic group decision-making models lack in-depth theoretical analysis and application research on PIS and preference evolution in complex environments. Therefore, a PIS model under complex linguistic environment is firstly established. On this basis, by refining the influence of PIS on the evolution of group preferences, the evolution model of group preferences based on PIS is established, and the theoretical conditions and convergence speed of stable structures such as consensus, polarization or division are analyzed. Finally, the proposed theoretical model is verified by demonstration and simulation to ensure its effectiveness, and its application in public opinion management is discussed. Through the implementation of this project, we can not only enrich the related research of linguistic decision-making and preference evolution analysis, but also have important value for improving the current level of public opinion management.

在语言群体决策中，决策者对语言往往具有不同的表达和理解模式，即决策者具有很强的个性化语义。这类个性化语义对决策准确性通常会产生影响，此外，个体之间的语言偏好交互也会对群体语言偏好的演化产生重要影响。但现有的语言群决策模型对复杂环境下个性化语义及偏好演化问题缺乏深入的理论分析与应用研究。本项目针对于此，首先，建立复杂语言环境下个性化语义模型。在此基础上，通过提炼个性化语义对群体偏好演化的影响，对个性化语义下群体偏好演化建模，分析偏好演化达成共识、极化或分裂等稳定结构的理论条件与收敛速度特征。最后，对提出的理论模型进行实证检验和仿真验证，确保其有效性，并讨论其在网络舆情管理问题中的应用。通过本项目的实施，不仅能够丰富语言决策与群体偏好演化分析相关研究，同时对提升当前网络舆情管理水平具有重要价值。
