IL--2--PE40 对大鼠穿透性角膜移植抗排斥反应的研究

以纯系大鼠正位穿透性角膜移植为动物模型，观察白细胞介素---2---绿脓杆菌外毒素（interleukin--2--pseudomonasexotoxin40,IL--2--PE40)结膜下注射、滴眼对角膜移植排斥反应的防治效果。同时利用最先进的粘附式细胞仪（ACAS70）和流式细胞仪（ELITE），探讨涠匝馨拖赴ぐ紫赴樗?-2--受体及角膜植片内皮细胞主要组织相容性复合体I类、II嗫乖泶锏挠跋臁
