激发型CD40单抗抗人B细胞恶性肿瘤的实验研究

在研究激发CD40单抗诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及提高肿瘤细胞免疫原性机制的基础上，建立人化免疫功能SCID小鼠、人多发性骨髓瘤和B淋巴瘤SCID小鼠模型，探讨激发型CD40单抗或联合DCs对CD40表达的人多发性骨髓瘤和B淋巴瘤的生物学作用，并对其效应和副作用作出客观评价；同时阐明CD40单抗介导抗人B细胞恶性肿瘤的信号传导途径及其分子机制。.
