Major sources and trends of PM10 and PM2.5 airborne particulate matter (APM) taken from a sampling station of Beijing city were studied by a combination of NAA and statistic techniques. Six major sources were preliminarily identified. As indicated by time series analysis, the pollution factor representing coal burning and vehicle exhaust keeps decreasing since 1999, implying certain improvement of air quality in Beijing recent years. Preliminary study was also conducted on more than 10 sandstorm episodes in Beijing during 2001. Based on the dilution effect of outside APM on Beijing APM, a "dual model" was established and the relative contributions of outside and local APM to Beijing APM during sandstorm were for the first time estimated.
本工作将建立一个PM10-PM2.5标准大气颗粒物监测系统。低本底核孔滤膜的使用(可以更高精度测定更多元素);分粒径大气颗粒物化学组成表征的全面性(更详实的污染物成分、程度、污染源、各源分担率数据);和标本库的建立(用于回顾性研究),是本工作的特色。本工作的完成将使我国大气颗粒物监测从目前的“总悬浮颗粒物”跃升至国际先进水平,并在上述三方面领先。
