基于分子与细胞神经生物学研究,MG被公认为乙酰胆碱受体受损的突触后自身免疫病,但我们发现MG 尚有突触前亚型.本工作将通过研制"突触前抗体"的MG动物模型,为其病因的进一步分子生物学分析,以及诊断和临床治疗开辟新的途径.
