As known, the composites contained nitrogen are the better refractories for pure steel making. But now the nitrides are all very expensive, it is difficult to be applied for steelmaking.It would be very signality if MgAlON can be ynthesized from bauxite and magnesite which are very abundant ore in China. The price of this MgAlON made from natural ore will be low, it will very suitable for using in refractories.The study has been carried out following 8 items:(1)Studied the thermodynamic conditions for synthesis MgAlON by carbothermal nitridation. The processing conditions of synthesis MgAlON, such oxygen and nitrogen partial pressure, temperature and so on, have been obtained..(2)Studied the kinatics and mechanism of synthesis MgAlON. It is found that AlN is formed firtly, then AlN dissolve into spinel of MgAl2O4 to become MgAlON. .(3)The influence of impurity on product has been studied. The results show that TiO2 and SiO2 are changed to TiN and Si3N4 which are very usefull for refractories during the synthesis, respectively.Fe2O3 is reduced to Fe and eliminated, sodium and potassium are volatilized under high temperature and reduction atmosphere..(4)The line of MgAlON solid solution border has been measured by XRD method.This is first data to determine the area of solid solution. (5)The elationship of slag resistance, liquid iron esistance, and mechanistic properties with the oncentrations of N and Mg in solid solution have been studied. The results show that every properties reach a best value when the concentration of N over 2.5 mol%. Means that the concentration of [N]in MgAlON needn't reach to saturation..(6)Studied the oxidation kinetics of gAlON in air at temperature from 1100K-1600K. The kinatic equation, active energy and the rate constant have been get.(7)Studied the anti-oxidation agents and mechanism of anti-oxidation. Several anti-oxidation gents being better performance have been obtained..
研究用天然矿物合成镁阿隆的机理及结构与性能对镁阿隆的工业生产及开发应用有重要意义。为此课题研究;铝钒土和镁砂或镁铝或镁铝尖晶石用碳热还原氮化合成镁阿隆的热力学及过程机理与动力学;杂质在合成过程的行为及影响;镁啊隆固溶区范围;不同氮、镁含量时镁阿隆的抗渣、金属侵蚀能力及各种物理和力学性能;氧化动力学;抗氧化剂及抗氧化机理。
