The origin, morphology, protein constitute, enzymatic activities and phagocytic functions were studied on hemolymph cells from two oysters (Pacific oyster and European oyster) and two scallops (Zhikong scallop and bay scallop). Different hemopymph cell groups were indentified with micro-, ultra- scopic observation and flow cytometry techniques. Hemopymph cell groups with different morphologies were found to have different physiological functions. Hemoblast cells were supposed to be consisted in the circulating hemolymph.
利用流体细胞计和单克隆抗体技术,并结合传统研究手段,研究海洋双壳类不同类型的血淋巴细胞在功能上的差异和在抗病反应过程的分工。同时,探索双壳类血淋巴细胞的发生过程,及其在受到病原体或其他刺激后发生的变化,从根本上理解双壳类的免疫调节机制,为寻找新的疾病控制措施提供理论依据。
