Base on finding that pricking blood therapy of acupoint(PBTA) had regulatory effect on experimental allergic rhinitis(EAR) in many ways,model rats of EAR were extablished by ovoglobulin(O.V).Substance P(SP), β-endorphin(β-EP),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH) in hypothalamus- pituitary-adrenal(HPA),nasal mucosa and blood were measured by radioimmuno-assay (RIA),IL-4 and IgE of blood were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent-assay(ELISA). Eosinophilic cells(EC) of the blood and mast cells(MC) of nasal secretion were counted .Change and correlation among above-mentioned parameters were studied before and after treatment of PBTA. The results showed that levels SP and ACTH in the HPA of the model rats were lower than those of the normal control,levels of β-EP in the HPA,IL-4,IgE,EC of blood and MC of nasal secretion were higher than those of the normal control .There were positive correlations between EC,MC and IL-4,IgE of the blood, β-EP of HPA .There were negative correlations between EC ,MC and SP,ACTH of HPA .PBTA has regulatory effect on SP, β-EP,ACTH in the HPA ,IL-4,IgE,EC of blood ,MC of nasal secretion .One of the reatment echanism of PBTA was that it has synthetic regulatory effect on many transmitters of NEI network in HPA of EAR model rats .The study results have enriched basic theoretical contents of PBTA( one of the zhuangzu traditional therapy).It has a great significance of popularizing applied PBTA and becoming more ripe and more scientific therapy .
在发现穴位剌血对变应性鼻炎有多方面调节作用基础上,进一步采用放射免疫、荧光分光光度等同步检测治疗前后模型大鼠下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺、鼻粘膜、血SP、β-EP、组胺、ACTH、GC、IL-4、IFN-r 单一水平和整体水平的动态变化。从神经内分泌免疫网络深入探讨其作用机理。为其应用提供新的科学依据,对提高民族医药基础理论研究水平有重要的学术意义。
