知识集成的组织管理机制、模型和工具的研究

The organization mode for knowledgy integration: knowledge-intensive type manufacturing enterprise is systematically studied. The models of knowledgy integration and management under surroundings of Internet are researched. The protptype of corresponding soft tool is developed. The explicit knowledgy is described by using extendable enterprise reference model, includings: prodect reference model and process reference model, so that the knowledgy can be communicated, shared and reused. The modeling and management tool supporting process reference model is developed; Knowledgy can be on-line communicated conveniently between experts located in defferent places by using the cooperatively modeling system supporting knowledgy management. In the Design and Quote System for Industry Steam Turbine based Internet(DQSISTBI) for Hangzhou Steam Turbine Limted Company, the correlated knowledgy of product and sale is integrated. Search engine for internet-based manufacturing is developed to help the search of knowledgy and information of complicated non-standard parts. The system of knowledgy integration is setup and used. In the magazine 34 papers were published. In the international conferences, 8 papers were presented. Two books were published.

在知识正成为企业最主要的财富的背景下，研究支持知识集成达到组织管理机制，研究把知识与知识、知识与人、知识与过程联系起来的知识集成的模型（如知道结构图、知识图和知识集成过程模型），研制知识集成工具原型。项目成果对提高企业协同创新能力，对有效利用我国有限的知识资源，对发展面向知识经济的企业组织管理理论具有重要意义。
