小麦B 基因组的起源研究

从四倍体小麦基因组中克隆B基因组特异重复序列，应用B基因组特异重复序列及RFLP探针进行B基因组起源分析，进而解决小麦B基因组起源问题这一历史悬案。该项研究将有助于深刻地认识小麦基因组的进化及组成，并为有效地利用Ｂ基因组的供体进行小麦遗传改良提供理论依据。
