The research of graphene and its composites is an important frontier and hot topic in materials science. Aimed at its defects in structural design, controlled preparation and comprehensive performance utilization, this project study preparation, structural control and adsorption properties of graphene / carbon foam composite, which is based on the application prospect in adsorption field of mesophase pitch based carbon foam and the excellent adsorption performance of graphene. Graphene is prepared by oxidation-reduction method and assembled into three-dimensional network structure, then this structure is intermixed with mesophase pitch to prepare graphene / carbon foam composites. The design and control theories of three-dimensional graphene network structure are established, the matching problem of graphene network structure and carbon foam matrix is solved, the influence of graphene / carbon foam composite organization and structure on the adsorption properties is revealed, the adsorption mechanism of graphene / carbon foam composite in multiphase medium aimed at heavy metals, organic pollutants and atmospheric pollutants is established. Through the synergistic effect between three-dimensional graphene network structure and foam carbon, the adsorption performance of carbon foam is greatly improved, which is of great theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the wide application and environmental protection of graphene and its new functional carbon materials.
石墨烯及其复合材料的研究是材料科学中的重大前沿和热点课题,针对其在结构设计、可控制备和综合性能利用方面的不足,项目基于中间相沥青基泡沫炭在吸附性能方面的应用前景和石墨烯优异的吸附特性,开展石墨烯/泡沫炭复合材料制备、结构调控及其吸附性能研究。采用氧化还原法可控制备石墨烯并组装成三维网络结构,并与中间相沥青进行复合制备出石墨烯/泡沫炭复合材料。建立三维石墨烯网络结构的设计及调控理论,解决石墨烯网络结构与泡沫炭基体的匹配性问题;揭示石墨烯/泡沫炭复合材料的组织和结构对其吸附性能的影响规律;建立石墨烯/泡沫炭复合材料对重金属、有机污染物及大气污染物在多相介质中的吸附机理。通过三维石墨烯网络结构与泡沫炭之间的协同效应,实现泡沫炭吸附性能的极大提升,对促进石墨烯及其新型功能炭材料的广泛应用和环境保护具有十分重要的理论意义和实用价值。
