Topological properties in condensed matter have been an important and interesting new field in recent ten years. Topological superconductivity and the Majorana fermion inside vortices of a topological superconductor is of interest in both basic physics and future application in topological quantum computation. We propose to extend our previous researches to theoretically study the spin selective Andreev reflection by Majorana fermion inside the vortex of topological superconductors and related spin polarized differential tunneling conductance, and the mechanism of chiral p-wave superconductivity and its edge current in Sr2RuO4. Our theoretical works will be closely in collaborations with related experimental groups in China and in the world...In the recent years, the principal investigator and his collaborators have been working on the vortex state in the topological superconductor and chiral p-wave superconductivity in Sr2RuO4. In the present proposal, we shall continue and further develop our theorists to explain and predict important experimental results in the above two topics. The proposed theoretical study is expected to provide insight of Majorana fermion and its magnetic property inside the vortex of topological superconductor, and to explain the surprising discrepancy between present theory and experiment on the edge current in chiral p-wave superconductor Sr2RuO4.
凝聚态中的拓扑性质是最近十年发展的一个重要并有兴趣的新方向。拓扑超导性以及拓扑超导涡旋内Majorana费米子的研究既是基础的物理课题,也可能对拓扑量子计算有应用。我们拟推广我们以前的理论工作,紧密结合国际国内一些有关主要实验组,在理论上研究拓扑超导涡旋内Majorana费米子导致的自旋极化的Andreev反射及有关的隧穿电导,研究手征p-波超导Sr2RuO4的超导机理及边缘电流。.项目负责人与合作者近几年在拓扑超导涡旋态及p-波超导Sr2RuO4做过一系列的理论研究。在本项目中我们将继续和发展已有的理论, 解释和预言有关的重要实验结果。此项理论研究将对拓扑超导涡旋内的Majorana费米子的存在及其特有的磁学性质有新的认识,将解释手征超导边缘电流研究中实验和目前理论的差距。
本项目旨在研究非常规超导和拓扑超导方面的前沿问题,项目主要研究了以下几项内容:对实验上新发现的非常规超导现象进行了理论研究,包括在高压下的铜氧化物体系、双层转角石墨烯超导体系、镍氧化物超导体系以及Sr2RuO4材料在应力作用下的性质和超导机理等方面的内容;在拓扑超导领域,主要包括马约拉纳费米子的实验平台、拓扑超导模型的严格解、一维涡旋束缚态等方面的内容;此外,在超导体的热霍尔效应,量子相变等方面,也进行了一定的研究。项目共发表文章27篇。
