Patent has increasingly been used by firms as an important strategic weapon in business competition. However, the following questions remains to be further explored, such as what kind of value does the patent strategy create for the enterprise, and what is its mechanism and conduction path. Based on the patent management theory and competitive advantage theory, this study will firstly make clear the different types of patent strategy and the value they created. Then we will find out value creation mechanism through case study and grounded theory, and will further analyze the value conduction path of different strategies. Finally we try to propose a strategic decision making model basing on value creation, and explore effective policy and management recommendations to maximize patent strategic value. It is hoped to provide a new perspective and theory support for Chinese firms to capture value from strategic patent management.
专利已日益成为企业商业竞争中的重要战略武器,但是企业的专利战略行为能为企业创造何种价值,其创造机制和传导路径等问题亟需深入探讨。本课题将主要基于专利管理理论和竞争优势理论,研究企业专利战略行为的类型识别与价值测度。基于案例研究与扎根理论,本课题进一步研究企业专利战略行为的价值创造机制,并剖析不同专利战略行为的价值传导路径。通过实证检验,提出基于价值创造的企业专利战略选择决策模型,探求有效促进专利战略行为价值最大化的政策建议和管理建议,以期为我国企业专利管理与价值实现提供新的视角和理论支持。
