云南跨境民族网络舆情信息挖掘关键技术研究

The Yunnan cross-border national languages have many characteristics,such as variety , wide distribution , complicated structure,etc. With the popularity of network,there is much harmful network information,which does great damages to the building of cultural and ideological progress and the development of social stability. Therefor the analysis and comprehension of the sensitive information of the National language in the network is very important to maintain the national security and promote the economic development. Every segment of the internet public opinion mining for the cross-border national languages is considred considerately in this project.We adopt the mehod of theoretical study and practical proof combined together,combine the actual application and the demand of the society closely, to explore the study of text classificaiton，topic detection and sentiment orientation analysis, which provides the technical support and method guidance for the opinion miming.China is a country with various languages, so the study of this project has development value, demonstration value and theoretical value.

云南跨境民族语言具有种类多、分布广、结构复杂等的特点，随着网络的普及，各种不良网络信息泛滥，给民族地区的精神文明建设和社会稳定发展构成了极大的危害，网络信息处理面临新的挑战，民族语言网络敏感信息分析与理解研究对维护国家安全稳定，净化网络环境，促进经济发展具有十分重要的作用。 本课题系统考虑了跨境民族语言网络舆情信息挖掘各个环节，采取理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法，紧密结合实际应用和社会需求，开展网络舆情信息的文本分类、话题检测、倾向性分析三方面的研究，为跨境民族语言网络信息挖掘提供技术支撑和方法指导。中国作为一个多民族多语言国家，其本课题的开拓价值、示范价值和理论价值值得重视。
