semaphorin4C 促神经细胞分化的分子机制研究

semaphorin4c是轴突导向分子semaphorin家族的成员，主要在脑部表达，功能尚不清楚。我们在发现sema4c能促进PC12细胞、神经干细胞和胚胎干细胞向神经细胞分化的基础上，拟围绕其诱导神经分化、促神经突起生长的信号通路进行以下实验：1.确定sema4c促神经分化的功能性区段，观察此功能区段对大鼠神经干细胞和胚胎干细胞体外分化的影响；2.检测sema4c表达对细胞周期分布以及细胞周期
