以民族建筑和聚落环境为主轴的广义聚居学研究(续)

Focusing on the major and core questions of Yunnan’s residential.environment, with horough considerations for regional economics,.population, social development,resource consumption and cultural psychology of the classified regions as well as ecological factors, the project systematically researches and proposes the developing model for the settlement environment of Yunnan’s classified villages and small towns. Moreover, the project establishes a theoretical framework and operating mode as a methodological guideline for.the planning, designing and construction of the villages and small.towns on the purposes of developing economy, improving the quality of the residential environment, conserving ethnic cultural features as well as natural and ecological environment, developing education, promoting spiritual civilization, fighting against natural disasters, improving infrastructures as drainage, energy and.transportation, saving on land, lowering cost, and making sufficient.use of local resources and the fine construction traditions and.technologies.

本项目的研究抓住云南人居环境深层次中的主要和共性问题，结合各分类地区的具体情况，充分关照区域经济、人口规模、社会发展、资源消费、文化心理等综合因素，把握相互间的关系和生态的良性循环原则，从而系统地研究和提出云南不同分类村镇聚居环境的发展模式，进而建立一个在方法论上可以指导这一地区村镇建设中规划、设计、建造的理论框架及其运作方式，以满足村镇经济发展和改善村镇居住环境质量的需要；满足保护自然和生态环境与民族文化特色的.需要；满足发展乡村文化教育、促进精神文明和抵御各种自然灾害的需要；满足改善供排水、能源、交通等基础设施的需要；以及满足节约土地、降低造价、充分利用地方资源和适用性优秀传统建筑技术经验的需要。
